ILoveCamping SCAM! Completly different tent, not even the order, cheap, false advertising, no returns department, no honoring the guarantee policy Internet
I am very disappointed in what I received. I ordered the 3 Seconds Fastest Hydraulic Double Layer tent for 2 persons. Clearly what I received was NOT what I saw in the pictures. This was falsely advertised. First, the tent is so small, you cannot be taller than 5'2" to lie down in it' only 45"×70"×40"! Only my 9 year old can fit in it. Second, material is clearly not what it showed on the website. The sent is thin, not waterproof and completely different. There is no double-layer either. Third, there is NO hydraulic anything about this tent!! Fourth, it doesn't even look like the tent I purchased. The door is different and there's only one door might I add. The part where the poles hold the tent up is also completely different. The poles are so weak that they cannot even hold up the tent sides The inside hook is super weak. The tent collapsed when I tried hang a small flashlight. There is no way to get a refund or talk to anyone because the customer service email bounces back. They have no other email either. They "guarantee" their products but it's all a huge scam. Once they get your money, that's its! I now have a tent that my little boy can only use in his room...he barely fits in it.
