I placed an order with I Love Poparazzi in November 2011.  My order was never shipped and they deducted payment from my account. According to them the credit card address was different from the shipping address and I have made countless requests for a refund and each time I'm told it will be escalated to a manager. Also they have no telephone number to speak to a live person and all communication is done online. I found out after the fact that others have experience this same problem with this company. At this point its been almost 3 months and i havent gotten my refund back. I wish I had research the company before making a purchase from them.
