After having watched a few reality shows and seeing the popular hoop earings worn by several stars I discovered the ILovePoparrazi website.   

I placed an order with IlovePoparazzi for 2 sets of earrings.  My order was confirmed, my credit card charged on 08/30/11.

On 11/15/11 after no communication from the company I emailed the standard "contact us" address per their website.  I was informed my order was being held up b/c one set of my order was not yet available. They offered to credit my account for the unavailable pair. That same day I instructed them to please issue a credit. 

Only after another email was sent to their customer service AGAIN on 12/12/11 letting them know I still hadn't gotten a credit or my pending order was the credit finally issued to my credit card.  I was also informed in that same email confirming the credit that the other pair of earrings were to ship that same week - 12/13/11.  To date have not received my order.

No customer service, unless you initiate.  No notification regarding expected order fulfillment unless you initiate.  Lesson learned, will never order from this site again.
