Complaint Review: ilovetshirts.net

I ordered a shirt from this company and it never arrived.  After a month, I e-mailed them but I didn't get a response.  I started calling at different times but no one ever picked up.  After a month of trying (this is 2 months after ordering), someone finally picked up.  I explained the situation to him and he said that the order had gone through even though I said I hadn't received anything.  He told me to call back and talk to a manager because he couldn't do anything about it.  That day, I got an e-mail confirming my order again.  I didn't contact the manager because I assumed my order had gone through again.  To this day, nothing has arrived.  It's been 4 months now.   I called again at the 3rd month mark and they said PayPal had taken the money back from them.  Why would PayPal have done this if they had, in fact, sent the shirt?  I contacted PayPal for a refund but PayPal said their company had no money to give to them to give to me.  They added that the company's account would be frozen until they had funds to pay me back.  However, I see that this site is still in business.  In fact, they just added a discount, so I know someone is changing the website and that it's still active.  I believe I was patient and did due diligence in trying to find out what happened.  If you are interested in ordering from them, I would be careful.  You might not get your shirt and PayPal might not give your money back, either.
