Complaint Review: Ilumaderm

 I started to order their trial offer, but entering my credit card number I saw at the very bottom of the page the terms and conditions. After reading the terms I realized this was an automated monthly delivery with a high fee so I exited out of the site. I did not confirm my order. Within minutes of exiting I received a order confirmation to my email address. I informed them that I did not place the order and I wanted it canceled immediately. They responded 6 hours layer claiming I would have to call in order to discuss this. The autometed system kept me on hold for an extended period and I finally hung up.
