I had ordered the product for both my daughter and myself on 2 different cards.  I called to cancel the continous monthly charges on both accounts.  It took me nearly 1 hour on the phone while they tried to get me to just stop some of the shipments.  Then, I was told it was done. 

A month later, the charges were back on one of the accounts.  I spent another hour on the phone while they continued to tell me the account was closed.  They could not understand about the 2 accounts BUT they did for 1 month??? 

Then, the tried to tell me they would give me 3 months of money back when it was actually 8 months!  They finally agreed to send me 8 months of payments back!  All I can say is WATCH your bank account.  They lie and will keep you on the phone forever.
