Complaint Review: ILX Premier Vacation Club

Some time about 2002 I purchase a time share at an ILX facility in Sedona

it seems I did not purchase a part of anything other than a share in the Premier Vacation Club. Thy talked me in to taking a float instead of a hard week. Bet they did that to everyone who purchased a studio there are so few.

In any case if you wanted a week they wre always full and could put you up some where else like Kohls ranch which is a world class dump. Or down the road at the Bell Rock Inn, nice but removed from everything and now they have no restaurant or bar. virtually nothing but a place to sleep.I could rent a room there for about the same as my maintenence fee which has gone from $435 to $530 in about 7 years. The Check for the maintenence fee is to be made out to the homeowners association. who are they ILX?

Who is the president and is he or she truly an owner or an owner who works for ILX?

No company to do business with.
