Would I recommend this hotel to my best friend? no way!
My ratings for this hotel are: One Star Flop House

Traveling group: Family with young children
My visit was for: Quality time with family

I made a reservation for a suite through their sales office. They gave me a confirmation code and took my AMEX number as a guaranty. Three days later, I received a phone call saying that they were no longer able to accommodate me. They said "after we updated our computers, we discovered that we did not have enough rooms." Are they in the Stone Age; can they not take a real time reservation? And why did it take over two days to discover this and contact me? The reservationist passed me to a manager who could only respond with, "we do not have any rooms that weekend." I asked, then how come I was given a confirmation number? She would not respond to my question, but asked me to call a VP with ILX. This person was not in his office and as of the writing of this review, has not returned my phone call.

While strolling around the resort we could not help but notice one of the male kitchen staff workers masturbating behind the trash dumpster. Now that certainly was a nice touch. At first we thought it was one of the timeshare salesmen, and it might have been, however he was in a chef's uniform. Maybe they cook food when they are not "pressure cooking" timeshare tour victims.

Perhaps it is a blessing that we will not be staying here. If they operate their resort as poorly as they handled a single room reservation, then I'm sure we are better off staying elsewhere.
