I placed an order with this company on November 16, 2008 and called and emailed them on 11/17 and told them not to ship this order. after looking at the item at Bass Pro shops and seeing that it was junk i did not want it. on 11/27/2008 i received an email stating that they had shipped my order? I called them and they claimed that they had no record of my phone call or email?, and that i could ship it back once it arrived and get a refund of the shipping and cost of the item. i shipped it back to them called them to verify that they had received the item. they said that they had received it and would credit my account within 24hrs. that was on 12/12. today is 12/29/2008 and i still have not received the credit. i called them this morning and they said that there is no refunds and that i would incur a 20% restocking fee and would get nothing on the shipping? I would have given this item as a christmas present had i known they would pull this on me. i just want people to know be careful of doing business with people like these people on the web.
