Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo does not pay all of it's employees,sub-contractors,vendors and/or associates. Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo fires it's sub-contractors and or employees instead of paying them.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo does not do criminal background checks on all or any of it's employees, sub-contractors, vendors and/or associates.Fact -Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo has knowingly sent one or more of it's sub-contractors and/or employees to work DIRECTLY with children WITHOUT a background and/or police check.Fact- Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo has put children and company's at risk of loss by sending unidentified employees/sub-contractors into their homes and/or businesses .Fact- Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo agreed to "wash money" for some employees/sub-contractors to avoid payment of child support.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo pays some employees/sub-contractors in cash.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo inflicted intentional pain and suffering to clients,customers,employees and/or sub-contractors by making all company polices verbal and other unlawful business practices. Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo has at least 5 phone numbers and/or physical addresses.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo operate Image Cleaning Systems out of a small closet in an unmarked building.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo uses false advertising on their web site image-cleaning.com with false statements about insurance and DOES NOT OFFER worker's compensation. Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo will and have fired injured workers for being injured. Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo puts non-profits at risk of losing their non-profit status.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo puts children and day cares at risk for criminal and/or civil charges.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo puts state assisted day cares at risk of losing their assistance(money) from state,local and/or federal agencies.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo has total lack of policy concerning the handling of customer's keys,access codes and/or magnet keys. Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo puts all it's customer's at risk due to lack of policy.Fact-Some and/or all customers of Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo customers are unaware of the true owner of Image Cleaning Systems.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo does not require a non-compete order.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo owes former employees/subcontractors an estimated $10,000.00 in past wages. Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo owes a professional Firefighter/Paramedic and estimated $6,000.00 in lost wages. Fact-Darian Gaines, Scott Lohrum and Andy Giordullo physically challenged and verbally assaulted a Disable American on several occasions.Fact- Darian Gaines does not have full custody of her child.Fact-Darian Gaines attempted to file false police reports. Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo have lied to local,state,and or federal officials. Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo do not report all and/or any of it's profits to the IRS.Fact-Loveland Police officers have identified Darian Gaines as "totally unreasonable".Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo work employees/sub-contractors 18 hours per day without overtime payment.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo sold, for profit, 2 employees/sub-contractors "nutrition supplements" "to keep you going".Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo owes former employees/sub-contractors at least $1500.00 and agreed mileage payments.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo have put their for profit customers in grave risk of being boycotted.Fact- Darian Gaines has stated to a mediator "yeah I called over 100 times".Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo hold their official business meetings at IHOP Pancake House in Milford, Ohio.Fact-Image Cleaning Systems,Lohrum's Gym, Darian Gaines,Andy Giordullo breaks Federal Law by utilizing their United States post office box as an exchange box for customer's keys and information.

All of the above facts accompany physical evidence that can and/or will be submitted in a court of law.

We will be having a protest and street demonstration on MONDAY 8/11/2008 at 3:30pm
Please meet at 9876 Montgomery Road aka Century Honda(IMPORTANT- Meet ON THE SIDEWALK and not on the property of Century Honda). You may park across the street in the Kroger Parking lot. Our permit allows 3 hours. We will want to make sure we greet the rush hour traffic on Montgomery road. A mega phone,signs, STOPIMAGECLEANING.COM and WE HIRE ALIENS t-shirts will be provided.

I am not going to respond to the above comments because it would be against my lawyers advice. I would like to say sorry to my customers and this report. I understand it will never be removed and am very sorry. As for past employees of mine, yes many were not paid because of some un expected expenses (not drug) I had. I have borrowed money and am writing checks to the employees that were not paid.
