Image One Cellular claims to be a leading provider of refurbished cell phones and claimed to have a return rate of less than 2.5%.  Initially the phones I was receiving were very nice and I only had an occasional return.  However, after a few months the quality of phones went down the toilet.  Some of the phones wouldn't even turn on, wouldn't charge or had bad displays right out of the box!

I returned the defective phones only to receive "repaired" phones back that were still exhibiting the same problems.  After returning the same phones for the same problems multiple times, I was informed the phones are now out of warranty and I was out of luck even though the phones were defective right from the start.

So the moral of the story is...Image One Cellular has a return rate closer to 50%, their quality control department is non-existent, and their repair/return department doesn't repair anything.

DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM THEM.  THERE ARE MANY OTHER SUPPLIERS OUT THERE WHO ARE MUCH MORE RELIABLE.

Image One Cellular is an industry leader in providing the highest quality refurbished CDMA, GSM, and IDEN handsets to service providers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers worldwide.

We continually strive for excellence in quality, service, and overall customer satisfaction.  Not only do we provide high quality products at competitive prices, we also supply each and every one of our customers with a solid warranty that covers all facets of the mobile handset and its accompanying accessories.

Our warranty is designed to significantly minimize our customers exposure to expense as a result of factory defect.  However, our warranties are not perpetual and therefore have a clear expiration date.

In the case mentioned above the handsets in question were already way outside of their stated expiration date. Although we take every action possible to help customers with issues that fall outside of the coverage period we must comply with our own set of rules to keep costs low for all of our customers.
