Complaint Review: Image Revive and Face Replen

The company is a skin care company that has ripped me off. I ordered a product and then shortly after realized they charged me multiple amounts for a FREE Trial. I returned the product within the 30-days they asked for it to be returned. Had a tracking number and thought that was it. I would be refunded as I was told by the Customer service agent. However, a month goes by and then i see 2 new charges of over $70 each for the products as they charged my card without permission... b/c as per my understanding I had returned the product. They are now only refunding 50% off both charges for a restocking FEE - for something I had not reordered and had returned. Thsi is unacceptable and nobody can help me. I need my money back adn this is ridiculous for the Sharks Tank people and Dr. Oz to be putting their names to this - greatly disappointed.
