Complaint Review: Image Warehouse

I bought cell phones from them thru ebay after I received the phone I just realized the phone will not work with my carrier, so I email them to get the refund and they reply no problem just return it will refund it to you. I sent the item with certified mail to them and after a few days I follow up ask for refund but , they just keep playing ping pong to me I keep sending the receipt and email back and forth and they never reply they keep asking me back which transaction for so many times until I got bored not to bother anymore. I sent reply so many times asking for refund but no reply until today
