Imageex I ordered two printer cartridges , neither of which work Internet
I ordered a two cartridge pack for my printer from the co., on eBay, I think. Both cartridges started ok but after about five copies they are unusable because of large dark smears on the paper. I sent a message about the problem after the first one raided, but got no reply. I tried the give5stars approach, but couldn't get anywhere there either.

Have you tried cleaning the ink head? There should be a functionality on the printer's set up property or its software to do the cleaning. Sometimes a printer's ink head is dirty after it's been used/unused for a while. As a result, the print out becomes dirty and/or smear. If you did not mention about printing out OK for the first 5 copies, I would suspect the cartirdge. But you mentioned that, I suspect your printer instead.
