ImageEx Received defective toner cartridges, never answered emails Internet Only

I ordered two laser toner cartridges from Overstock.com in March. Because I plan ahead, I didn't actually need these toners until now (June). I installed the black toner and found it to be defective (per the troubleshooting guide from the website included with the purchase). The included postcard requested a 5-star feedback, and asked to be emailed if I was anything less than satisfied. So I emailed. A week later and I still hadn't heard anything.

So I contacted Overstock, and they cannot return it because it's past 30 days (or, since the one toner is known defective, they can give me 80% minus all S/H charges). I also asked the Overstock rep if they had any contact information, and they didn't. Riiiiiiiiight. I wonder if they know they are dealing with a crappy company?

I then did a search of the company name and discovered MANY complaints about them. Of course you couldn't do a search beforehand, because the manufacturer name is not listed in the Overstock listings.
