Complaint Review: Image Warehouse

I bought two Automatic Ink Refills kits and paid for them immediately, using Paypal.Image sent me one kit and claimed I needed to pay for a kit. It still has not been sent.

ImageWarehouse refuses to respond to email. Files actions & gives bogus negatives to buyers who have complaints. Buy from Image only if you are certain you will get all you items, there will be no glitches in your paypal payment, you will get exactly what you ordered, or you are sure none of the items will come damaged. Buyers I am in contact with buyers who say Image does not respond to email & responds to buyer complaints by filing bogus claims to eBay and Paypal and by giving bogus negatives. Are you confiden eBay or Paypal will act on buyer behalf? Don't count on it.

This seller appears to know the eBay system very well & he seems to play it against buyers like a musical instrument.
