I started a small company last summer and decided to go with iMax because they reassured me i would be taken care of. The first few months were horrible, i couldnt find anyone who could explain to me how to get the online reporting, they would constantly refer me to another company... who finally said, "listen get your information from iMax, they control it, if they arent providing it to you, then you need to file a complaint, they shouldnt hold a single thing back when it comes to your reports".... even their online hosting company had that to say. Then out of no where they decided to lower our limit.... out of no where, which we wound up capping in the first week an a half of the month, then couldnt process any sales because of them. Then someone finally called me back to explain why, and flat out lied to me saying that we had requested our limit to be lowered.... and because we had high chargebacks. We sell customized T-shirts, we have had maybe 2 charge backs in a year, what kind of risk is that? Some guy named Mike, was very rude and arrogant on the phone, he treated me like my business didnt even matter. And to top it all off he told me that the 3grande that was in the bank he couldnt give back to me just in case i have refunds or chargebacks???? Absolutley a rip off, DO NOT USE they deserve to shut down. Complete Rip OFF
