As of March 11, 2005 the State of Texas Attorney General's office announced no intentions of settling their case against Imergent/Storesonline out of court...A spokesman for the AG stated. It looks as though Texas vs Imergent/Storesonline and the litigants against them will finally have their day in court.

Also, there have been two other Law Firms throwing their hats in the ring joining approximately 10 other firms in upcoming Shareholder Class Action Lawsuits.

Furthermore, it is reported in a forum found in Yahoo Finance that Stocklemon.com has had a defamation lawsuit filed against them by none other than Donald Danks the CEO of Imergent. The suit alleges slandar and liabelous statements made in a serious of articles found at the defendents website was cause for this action. The webmaster of the alleged offending website claims they can document each bullet point with facts...sources from the website has said.
