I started with IMG in June, 2004. From the beginning I found their promises to be empty. They promised 21 hours of training--I received less than 6 hours. Their merchandise booklets were pure photocopies with no publication date and my mentor would not tell me when it had been published. I found many entries were duplicated and there was no apparent organization to the lists.

Their marketing statements indicated the associate would not be cold calling--the customers had already been contacted by IMG. In my first 25 customers, only one had a faint recollection of being contacted. Most others didn't know who/what IMG was, wanted to be removed from the calling list, or were not buying in the category I was trying to sell. When I brought these issues to IMG's attention, they just shrugged their shoulders and told me that I couldn't get new contacts until I finished my first 25.

I had customers who laughed at the merchandise I listed for them. None of the customers had internet access (which is supposed to be the way IMG conducts their business).

More than once I asked IMG mentors what the $7450 payment was for, and no one answered the question. They ignored the question. All I received was phone bills for long distance calls to my "customers".

I've got plenty of documentation on what they promise versus what they deliver. If a class action suit is filed, I'll be one of the first in line to complain.

Please share the website with me...together we can finally put IMG behind us...but we have to do this as a group...I would love to get my investment back along with the 3 months of income I lost. I know you all share my feelings. I have information I am willing to share to put these criminals behind bars forever.

I told the FTC everything, names, addresses, phone records. What is name of the website you guys set up? We need to get together so were able to get refunds. The lady at the FTC said there are so many victims that it might be hard but if all sharing info we have no problems. Thanks and rejoice in the fact that they have been shut down and are going to pay a very steep price. My new favorite song is "Rape me" by Nirviana, the crooks should start to learn the words here real soon.

I was also scammed by a company called The Global Connection. We have a discussion board out there where we are beginning to unite. We have a number of different ex-affiliates invovled. Please keep searching and you may find us.
