We became aware of an alleged debt with IMI Marketing by a collection company on May 16, 2007. I spoke with Keisha on May 18, 2007 requesting assistance with a detailed acccounting of money allegedy owed by us. I informed Keisha that we never received a bill from them. Keisha stated that she would try to provide that to us. I also requested that she call the collection company to inform them that we are trying to solve this problem. she informed that the person who does that (eddie gail) will be out of the office until monday May 21. I also asked to speak to any manager or person in charge that could help us out and she stated the the owner is on vacation for two weeks and no one else could help. I called back on Monday May 21, and Keisha informed me that Eddie Gail had been fired and that the owner/manager is still out of the office. Keisha also informed me that she can't provide me with any information because they don't have access to our information anymore because they sent it all to the collection company.

I spoke with the collection company and they reported to me that they need to get the information from Integrity Alarm

We feel like we were pushed into paying a debt that neither company would provide proof of in order to maintain our positive credit history.
