Immediate Response Group purchased items from our company in April 2012. There were two invoices, $1,430.92 and $8,649.14 totaling $10,080.06. The invoices are dated 4/9/2012 and 4/4/2012. We have tried communicating with IRG through email and telephone calls. We received one email from the owner who claimed he was "out of the country" and would "make this right" when he returned- that email is dated Dec. 4, 2012. We have not heard from IRG since that email.

We have turned this account over to a collection agency. The collection agency said that there are numerous other companies trying to collect unpaid debt from IRG. At one point there was talk of a class action suit against IRG. They are still working on the account but have been unable to establish contact with IRG.

We run credit checks before allowing a NET 30 day account to be established. The 3 credit references IRG used looked good (they must have been bogus accounts??). We set up an account with IRG for Net 30 days. A year later, we still have not been paid for $10,080.06. I filed a complaint with the Missouri Better Business Bureau, complaint #127022.

My advice to all businesses, do not do business with this company.
