iMovies LLC have many other outlets from what I can tell.  I have found the websites PushPlay.com, ReelHD.com, Cinable.com, Flixaddict.com, FilmLush.com and by looking at each of their toll free numbers there probably are many more.

Originally what drove us to the site was that a movie we were watching. but not completed, via Netflex.com had ended it's availability. (Netflex pays for allowing streaming of movies but for a time period, we didn't know that)  But $8 per month is much better than the $34+ these sites charge!

Searching for the movie, in this case "Don't Look Now" (1973 movie) we found a site that had a click here to watch instantly.  Then there is a download button to select and a window that comes up saying that to verify you are in the US please provide a credit card and zip code.

We received no email although they say they each sent one.  We checked our spam folders online and our mail program on our PC and found nothing.  I have been luckier than most of the SCAM reports I have read on other SCAM reporting sites (too bad their can't just ONE), as after announcing the threat of me tweeting, posting on Facebook, and other "social" sites did they refund my money!

I forgot to mention that at the same time I was clicking on the movie in California, my daughter was clicking on the movie in New York and we ended up on two different sites from the same originating site (sorry don't have that site's URL).

You can help by updating this and spreading the word on twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc until they change their practices and become a "Opt-IN" after the trial period rather than a "Opt-OUT" company.
