Complaint Review: impact cash

I recieved a call from a collection agency stating they are representing impact cash wanting to collect money on a loan from 08. I stated I have never had a loan from impact cash.  they had part of my address correct.  email incorrect and argued it. I told them to send a message to it and see who responds as it would not be me.  they called my work phone?  no other information matched mine.  they wanted me to settle the debt or they are persuing legal options.  I noticed two years ago when I obtained a loan for a vechile that this company was on my credit report. I filed a dispute and it was removed as they could not profide information at that time that I took out a loan.  How is it 2 years later they have another company trying to collect on something that was removed from my account as not mine???
