On Dec. 30, 03 I ordered Zoloft on line from . They charged my charge card on Jan. 3, 04 for the full amount $125.00. I started trying to contact them three weeks later after the time they had said it would take to receive the order. No response to emails at all. The phone number is usually busy or the message box is full and cannot take messages, if you do get to a voice mail box, they do not return those messages either. I left numerous messages on the so-called office manager's (Gail Long)voice mail with no return.

I called another number I found on line, 866-789-6337, early morning on 3-12-04 and "John Smith" (I swear that is the name he told me!) put me on hold and finally came back on to tell me he had called the pharmacy and the pharmacy was having trouble getting all the orders shipped. I told him I thought the trouble was probably worse than that and that I had seen a report on this Rip Off website about his company and to please just refund my money. He acted like he was typing it in then and even gave me a Transaction I.D. #, but of course, 7 days later and the credit is still not on my card. I told him the Rip Off website reported that they would say they were refunding but not do it, he just acted insulted when I said that. I also asked him the name of the owner of this business and he said he did not know.

In March thru my credit card I was finally credited with all the money Impact Health Care had taken for the script ordered 12-30-03.
