I received notification from FedEx about a package I needed to pick up; picked it up and signed for it; opened it -- it was a mystery package! Unfortunately, the package contained a 10-pill Rx for what was labeled Cialis. The enclosed billing slip indicated it had been charged to a credit card (no identification of what credit card). I did not order this product at all (and have no need for a men's ED medication). Further, I have no idea how to return the product.

I attempted to contact this company multiple times using the various phone numbers listed to remedy the "misship" and was unable to ever talk with a human being.

The $156 charge appeared on my most recent credit card bill; the phone number associated with the charge is the same dead-end phone number I had tried previously.

I've now reported my credit card as stolen and have asked the credit card company to open an investigation. I'm hoping that I will not have an issue with this situation, given that I signed for receipt of the package (which I will never do again for a mystery package).

Be warned -- these guys aren't only ripping people off, but now are potential identity theives.
