After returning an item to Impact Motorsports run by martin lackner, he had ordered a replacement product because the original one wouldnt fit my car. After a week I called and got excuses.

Tired of this I drove 200 miles to salem and then found other people outside the business also looking for him. Some people had their cars locked up inside. So I am out $600 plus time wasted trying to find this guy. I have also contacted the oregon state attorney generals office they were not much help though. They did say they had recieved alot of complaints about it.

I did business with Impact Motorsports while it was in business. Mr. Lackner worked sort of as manager of the place because the owner, whose name I can't remember, was never around! I would try finding out the owner's name and pursuing the matter with HIM. Otherwise, you are barking up the wrong tree. Mr Lackner was only an employee.

I was an employee of Impact Motorsports with Martin for 2 years and the shop was owned by Lars Peters who disappeared with all the funding and left him to take the fall. We were all left holding the bag and not even a final paycheck to show for it. If you find Lars you got you man. Good Luck but I think Marty is getting a bad rap here.
