Complaint Review: Impact Trainings

I can honestly say that I went into it with an open mind and willingness to learn.  What I came out of it with was a marriage that could not be repaired (thanks to an ex wife who believed and was CONVINCED that it couldn't be) and mounting credit card debt because that's how I paid for it since my now ex wife had taken my name off of our bank accounts.  I am now 35 years old and have been happily remarried for 2 1/2 years to a woman who loves me and appreciates me for who I am despite my flaws and weaknesses.  That's something that IMPACT TRAININGS will NEVER teach anyone who goes through their programs.  You talk about being accepting of people like you know people who have been through that program have learned something.  People that have been program throw things at others who have NOT been through it like someone who pushes their religious beliefs on people who don't want it thrown at them to begin with.  I don't throw my religious beliefs at people unless they have questions.  WHY DO PEOPLE FROM THAT PROGRAM SHOVE WHAT THEY LEARNED DOWN OTHER PEOPLE'S THROATS?

I first experienced the IMPACT TRAINIGS in 1996 when I was just 22 years old. For me, the process of the entire training provided a SAFE PLACE for me to examine my life and the situations I was experiencing from relationships to money. I am now 37 years old and am still involved in using the tools I discovered there, in every area of my life. I have more deeply fulfilling relationships than ever before, I have created a business using none of my own money, and am at CAUSE for the quality of my life experience moment to moment.  In over 16 years of my experience I have NEVER witnessed or SEEN anyone ever being told to BELIEVE in anything they taught.... In fact they will openly and repeatedly DECLARE that participants HAVE THEIR OWN ANSWERS! The processes are designed for people to create a positive difference in the lives of the trainees not by BRAINWASHING, or by MAKING PEOPLE DO THINGS, but by asking questions in a process that is both revealing to the participant and EMPOWERING. For one to realize that they have a greater say in the outcomes in their personal lives as well as professional lives is truly wonderful. I have great empathy for anyone who experiences this training as something negative because a relationship ended, or because resulsts have shifted in their personal lives differently than they had expected..... But, that really is my point. People on the verge of DIVORCE have had a history of negative build up leading to the final seperation. That seperation was never caused because someone learned to be open to loving themselves, or because they had discovered their own ability to start creating happiness for themselve. Instead,  the training empowers people to HONOR their own unique path and truth.  Perhaps  it means leaving an abusive, loveless relationship in order to be happy. Or perhaps it means finaly being O.K. enough to forgive abusers, or hurtful sitiantions that have left one feeling HOPELESS or EMPTY. MY experience of IMPACT TRAININGS is not unique in any way! I experience the training as a safe place for people to examine what is working and learning to let go of what is not. I participate in the MASTERY level trainings with BUSINESS professionals, parents, and people from all walks of life, who are deeply committed to creating positive outcomes in the lives of people we experience, and in the WORLD, from a space of love and greater forgiveness, and acceptance.
DONT DO IMPACT if you only want to be RIGHT about how unhappy you are. DO IMPACT if you are feeling that there could be something more for you. You have your own answers and only you can experience the training for yourself. Sometimes it takes examining the Walls we live behind or breaking through Masks we wear to realize that right there inside of us is a sense of LOVE, FORGIVENESS, and JOY, that we have never really given ourselves the permission to experience before.  I would never make my mind up about my happiness or potential based on the perception someones else has written about, instead I use my own experience as a barometer to tell if something will serve me. I invite you to have a free experience for yourselves to determine the value of the training in your own life. There is a free guest presentation every Tues. night, you will have an opportuninty to briefly experience SOME of the processes used in the training.  Creating greater happiness & love in my life hasn't been, easy, but it's defintately been worth it!!! IT'S BEEN THE SINGLE GREATEST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!    

I am convinced that anyone who goes through Impact Trainings does so at their own peril.  I can honestly tell you that it is a program utilized to condition people to behave a certain way and denies them the God given agency they have in making choices for themselves.  I know several people who dropped out after first 2 stages and never went back because they realized the cost involved exceeded their means.
