Complaint Review: Impact Visa

I was ripped off by this company who said it was a credit card and it wasn't until after i submitted my application that i found out it was a load-up(your limit is what you pay into it)type of credit card. it said no where in the application that this was what i was paying for and when i asked for a refund of my monies, they charged me $59.I had asked for the refund 5 minutes after i applied and now i have to wait three days to get my money back i am very upset and do not understand why these companies are allowed to operate. Something needs to be done about this.!!!!!!
