Imperial Benefits ripped me off of $279.00. On 2/12/04 I recieved a call from Staci Jackson #pa-079 from Imperial Benefits telling me yhet had a credit card for me, all I had to do was give my checking account number. The money would be withdrawn on 2/20/04.

I agreed as long as I had the card by April because I needed it for vacation. She assured me I would have it in a few weeks. I also spoke with Joshua Taylor #740381 who verified everything. I then recieved a package with offers, but no card. After not recieving my card in a month, I called and spoke with Jimmy Buddah who assured me that I would have my card in a week.

A week passed and no card. I called again. Same thing, I told Jimmy that I needed my card before April 10th because I was going on vacation. He assured me that I would have it. When I returned from vacation on April 27th I called and spoke with Jimmy again. He said he could not believe that I did not get it. I asked for a refund since I only needed it for travel purposes. He said I would have my refund in my bank on May 7th. As of May 13TH no refund. I tried to call today, May 13 and the number was disconnected. Now I need help to get my money. I've been scammed and I'm broke.
