I can't believe how stupid I am. When a lday from Imperioal Benfits called, she mentioned a card credit Offer I had looked at online. Wo, I thought I had asked all the right questions. After speaking with her, she put her supervisor on the phone to confirm my information, and give me confirmation number, I spoke with Mike Horvath, and everything seemed fine.

I called last week, and was told the card would be here by friday. Today is tuesday, still no card, so I called again. After being kept on hold for 30minuetes, Jesse, asks me "Did i get my package,they sent it out" I asked what was in the package, he said my new mastercard, to give it until friday. I said the supervisor a mr. Benny Stogolys was out sick today and he wouldn't be abel to help be either.

I can't believe I was this stupid. Jesse was rude, and very evasive, said the processing department handles these matters, but they do not take calls from customers, and to just be patient. I have never been so dissatisfied with a company. I did try to stop the payment from going, through I called them the day before they were to draft my account, but told me there was nothing I could do, but assurred my new card would be here directly, My bank was no help, because they wouldn't guarantee to stop payment for 48 hours after I talked to them.I just want my money back asap. I have learned my lesson.And the BBB of new york lists them as unsatisfactory.

The so called package arrived. I called the company because there wasn't any card in there. They said the application would follow, then I said I want a refund. I was told to send the package back and then the refund department would refund my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Jesse said no and hung up on me. This is ridiculous.

Also, some named scott called me the other day about my report and said that the world benefits, is not associated with imperial benefits and that I was stupid and out of luck and I need to learn to keep quiet and then rudely hung up on me. I don't know what to do next, but I am definetly beyond mad.
