This is the letter I sent them: and got NO response!

To Whom It May Concern;

 
Please be advised that I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the vehicle I just purchased from your dealership on April 2, 2016. It is now April 14th and I had to have the car towed - at my expense - to your mechanic, as requested by you, Mike, yesterday, April 13th, 2016. 
 
Your mechanic, Gino, told me that it looks like there is a crack in the intake and if he cannot get the part, the engine will have to be replaced, plus it has an oil leak and needs all 4 brakes! This is totally unacceptable! How can you, in good conscious, sell this type of vehicle?! If, as you say, you did an inspection, then this is a deceptive selling practice! 
 
When I purchased the Audi, both you, Mike and Angel told my son, Joey and I, when we asked you if something goes wrong, to "Just bring it back". This was said more than once; first, when we were with Angel in the car and then when we were with Mike in the office. I told you at that time I was very skeptical to buy a car with an "as  is" warranty. You said you stand behind all of your vehicles and they go through a 13-point inspection....of which it states on every car on your website....which is the main reason we choose to go to you in the first place
 
This is directly from your website: **CALL 1-754-210-3703 FOR SALES. THIS VEHICLE FULLY LOADED WITH SUPER CLEAN LEATHER UPHOLSTERY, ALL POWER OPTIONS, SUNROOF, RUNS GREAT AND HAS BEEN THOROUGHLY INSPECTED, MOTOR, TRANSMISSION, AND OIL CHANGE HAVE BEEN DONE. MUST BE SEEN IN PERSON TO BE APPRECIATED. **IMPERIAL CAPITAL CARS INC** IS PROUD TO BE ONE OF THE FEW DEALERS TO HAVE THIS KIND OF VEHICLE IN OUR INVENTORY AND YOUR GARAGE
 
I should have been wary when Joey asked you both when the oil was last changed and you said you don't have those records? If you do a 13-point inspection, why wouldn't you have those records?! We have had to put oil in the car ourselves; twice in just a matter of days! That should have been yet another clue. 
 
I paid you $3,000 cash and I am demanding that you either give me my money back or give me another vehicle comparable to the Audi if it cannot be repaired - at your expense.
 
If this cannot be handled amicabilityyou will leave me no choice but to take further action.
