Complaint Review: Imperial Consumer Services

I have fully documented evidence of whom I spoke with every time that I called. I am willing to be a part of a class-action suite, in order to protect future unsuspecting people like myself

My saga starts on 11-5-02 and the $258.00 was withdrawn from my bank on 11-8-02 and I have tried to get my money back from them ever since I have spoken with sixteen different people (including Senior Acct. Managers, Head of the Dept., Managers, ect...)and they all have given me the run-around. I am continuing my calling to try to get my money back,
