I barely make my bills, wanted a credit card for a safety net,

ICS guarantees you will receive a credit card with a limit of $2,000-$5,000. Mr. Charles Williams told me that the $259 is a one time fee and they (ICS) find a bank that will give me a card with the limits mentioned above. Well, that was at the beginning of October. Right after I got off the phone, I realized it sounded like a bad deal, so I froze my bank account. Well, the day I went to close it and switch accounts, the bank had to unfreeze my account in order to take all the money out of it and close it, the minute it was unfrozen, the heartless bastards took the $259 out of my account.

It is now December 3rd and I haven't been able to get in touch with this company to address this situaion. I have called the 1-800 number many times a day for weeks and have not been able to get to speak with a live person. Not only that, I haven't received anything in the mail remotely related to getting a credit card. These people took my money, they waited and watched until my account was debitable, and bam, $259 out the door and nothing in return. It is heartless. I work two jobs for the money I make and still barely get by. I am a well educated, hard working individual and was scammed by heartless greedy people who are too lazy to work to get their money! I will find this company, and I will get my $259 back!!! Look out!!!
