ICS guarantees you will receive a credit card with a limit of $2000 - $2500 and no fees once you pay the $259 membership fee. Mr. Joy Taylor even called me to confirm I should receive my bank of america card in a few days. You are actually buying a package to help rebuild your credit and provides a list of banks which will guarantee a credit card with a limit of $250, not $2500. The membership fee is non-refundable, and I can not get the company to call me back to discuss this fraud. Lets hope this company goes under and it's employees get arrested.

I received a phone call from a Linda Lewis
ID#1249 800-588-0558 today 12/03/02 @2:07 PM.
She explained to me about how I could get a Mastercard or Visa, with no annual fee and she stated the interest rate would be between 6%-12% i listened to her and went through the process with her and almost got caught into it.
The Red flag went off when she transferred me over to another person who wanted to record the conversation. I said YES to all of the questions but when he got to the part that "you understand that ICS in NOT a credit card company but a credit card builiding service" I said NO.
That took him by surprise and I asked him was this interview for a credit card. He then explained once again to me that it was a $2500.00 Mastercard or Visa and then indicated to me that he had to do the recording again.
He then started the questions again - I quicky ran to my computer and looked up Imperical Consumer Services (ICS) and found this site.
I immediately hung up the phone and called my bank and informed them. Five minutes later Linda Lewis called me back and which point I told her that her company was a scam, she indicated to me that she was going to have so and so look into it and hung up...
