This company called me over the phone and said that i had applied for a nonsecure credit card and they wanted to help.

Imperial Consumer Services informed me that there would be a one time fee of 259.00 and i would have no other finance charges as long as i have the card.they told me that i would have a 2000.00 dollar credit limit and i would receive it in 6 weeks.

After six weeks i called the number that was on my bank statement which was 1-800-476-4828.Upon calling as soon as a voice picks up it ways please hold for the next available representative no introduction to the company and the service reps do not introduce themselves.

I called that number to wait for about thirty minutes before someone came to the phone.The only person i remember speaking with was Lashanda. I was becoming very irritated.THe number i called was not correct they referred me to another number and then to another .THey told me i could not have a refund and they were having some delivery problems.I gave them my new address and phone number and i told them to send me my credit card. i asked them if i had to wait another six months for me to receive my card.

It has been since 11/20/02 since 259.00 was deducted out of my account. I informed my bank what happen and they told me i had to get a refund from the source who did the debit.
