Imperial Consumer Services ripped me off and deducted money after I told them no consumer fraud ripoff Palm Beach Florida
ICS called me offered me a credit card with a 2500 dollar limit for a one time fee of 259 dollars. They took my information and said if I changed my mind to call them by a certain date and the money would not bed deducted from my checking account.
I called by the date the gave to me and could only get through to a message center. I left a message with them and still preceeded to call back all day long to talk to a representative.
I never received a call back and the money was still deducted even though I canceled through the messagage center. I called for 3 days straight and still did not talk to a live person nor did anyone return my calls.
although it has only been a few days since the money was deducted, I have not received anything in the mail yet.
