Complaint Review: Imperial Majestry Cruise Line Vacations

So I come home from work and find in my mail box a voucher for a free cruise. Now usually that kind of stuff goes right in the trash but I was bored so I called to see the deal. This women answers and proceeds to tell me all about this wonderful deal. It all sounded so good, right? Of course it did because they wanted my money. She kept asking me for me credit card information but I refused to give it up until she gave me some more info on the trip.

So finally I was very polite and thanked her for her time, and said I need to speak with my husband before I make a big financial decision like this. She then laughs and tells me that he probably didn't speak with me when he made a big decision to buy me a ring. I laughed and said thank you very much and as i am about to hang up she say quote on quote, "you f***ing ***t". Now you can't be serious that you work in customer service and just said that to me? I call back and demand to speak with a manager.

After being on hold for a few minutes another women gets on the phone and tells me that the manager won't speak to me. Ok now at this point I am totally appalled and ready to snap on someone. I say to the representative, I can't believe your manager won't speak to me and her response was, "No wonder that other women called you a c**t".

I can't not believe that companies are out there and that is acceptable. I plan on writing a letter to each one of the companies on this voucher and letting them know I will never use any of there companies if that is the type of business they sponsor. I am sooooo pissed off and I wish there was something else I could do.
