Sailing date July 4-6, 2003/Fort Lauderdale to Nassau, Bahamas Our cabin had an obnoxious odor of oil or gasoline fumes.

Our bathroom was uninhabitable. The horrendous odor of sewage was so overwhelming and unbearable that it was literally impossible to use.

This caused us tremendous hardships with reference to daily hygiene and physical needs.

Our cabin was not the only one that had this problem; in addition to this problem some cabins did not have proper air conditioning and people were forced to sleep out on the deck in deck chairs. We were told that we could not be moved into another cabin as the ship was sold out.

When we asked to be moved to another cabin we were told that there were no other cabins available. People were very upset, there was arguing and screaming going on at the Purser's desk, it was very upsetting.

The cruise line dismissed my complaints and refuses to acknowledge that there was any problem on the ship.
