Complaint Review: Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations

I received a voucher from Imperial Majesty at which time I called and informed them I want my name removed immediately. I knew this was a scam from the beginning. I placed two calls. The first I was informed that they would remove my name but put me on hold for 20 minutes until I decided to hang up. I then placed the second call and was dealt with the same way as the first call. I was holding on for 45 minutes. What a scam. They can't even come back on the line and tell you that your information will be removed. This company should be reported immediately.
