I received a call from imperial cruise vacations offering me a package for $698 and I took the packeage after they told me everything that was included. My credit card was charged,when it was time to verify the sale I asked that they cancel and that i no longer wanted the package. I was told the vacation was cancel, I was not given a cancellation number. A week or so later, they had not credit my account so I called back. I spoke to a woman name pam who asked why I wanted to cancel. I told her I did not want to pay this much for this package and that they had already told me the vacation was cancel. Pam said she was sorry for the problem and then she offered me the vacation for $349 and that she would refund the other $349 and extend my vacation for 18 months and get a oceanview so I would not cancel. I accepted her offer.

She did mention once that the package was not refundable or that I still had to pay the remaining balance later on. When I called in July to book my vacation I was told I had to pay $349. I asked to speak to a supervisor,the person hung up on me. I called back and was told that I was taken care of, I was then tranfered to Reservations and spoke to Jacquanda who book my vacation. I thought everything was resolve, but I received a call for Jacquanda stating that she needed to pay $349. I was then tranfered to Pam who said that's not what she told me and hung up on me and spoke to Mellisa and then to Ricki Rodriquez who said he would not give me a refund. Everyone I spoke to was rude and I am applaud by this company's behavior.
