Complaint Review: Imperial Majesty Cruise Vacations

Company states, "No Purchase Necessary, No Strings, No Kidding". This is how the company offers 2 free Universal Orlando tickets.

I filled out the application and received a number where I could reach their operator. When I called they of course tried to sell me several different vacation packages, which I declined. I told her I already had made reservations for my next vacation, but I also said I would like to have the 2 free tickets that I was promised, just for calling. She put me on hold for several minutes then came back on the line and said she could not help me any further and hung up.
