I entered a draw at a tradeshow and I "won" a VISA rip off scam, NOT a discounted vacation. A salesperson interrupted my life by contacting me, making it sound like I won the lottery. After giving him my visa #, he told me they were going to put $549.00 on it. Before giving him my visa #, he said it was $5.49! I was VERY clear about CANCELLING this transaction. Sounding pissed off, the advisor said, "Yeah, ok." and quickly hung up.

Of course I had a feeling it wasn't cancelled at all. So when I called my visa service they said to wait 2-3 business days. I was CAUGHT in a place where I couldn't change my VISA # b/c then they couldn't reverse the transaction, if they hadn't. So 3 days later I called Imperial majesty back and they told me "Well, it takes 3-4 business days, not including the weekend."

I've wasted so much of my valuable time waiting on hold on their phoneline, trying to get through while I'm at work and I STILL have this charge on my visa. Now it's the weekend, and I have to wait til monday again, and my credit card company is charging me interest on this transaction I did NOT want.

What, do they think they are going to FORCE me to go on their F-ing vacation? NO! They're just HOPING I'm not watching, or don't have time to in my busy life . They also make sure to call nearing the end of the month when credit cards are set up to automatically pay things off. Good thing I didn't have enough in my account.
