Imperial One Limousine Troy, the owner of the company only has cockroach infested limousines Palm Harbor Florida
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!! Save yourself from fighting the charges at the end because apparently their limousines come with roaches all the time. Reading reviews of previous riders, this is not the first time it has happened. I will be using every avenue I can to bring to light the dishonestly and distaste that comes with booking a limousine from these con artists.
It is truly appalling the disgrace of a vehicle that was sent to my house. DOZENS UPON DOZENS of roaches came pouring out of the trunk of this car. Not to mention the air conditioning did not work. I called Troy, the owner, before we even left and asked for a different car, of which, he denied me as well as hung up on me. The professionalism in this company is undeniably a complete miss.
My only hope at this point is that this business soon goes out of business, as I hope for no one to experience the same disappointment and embarrassment that I experienced amongst my friends and family. When you rent a limousine the expectation is to be greeted with class, this place is TRASH ON TOP OF TRASH!!!! In writing this claim, I feel as though I am reliving a nightmare, The complete and utter disgust lingers on as I have yet to receive any compensation from this evening.
In hind sight, it is very regrettable that I did not do more research. Imperial One Limousine is obviously not a reputable business, they do not care about the quality of service they provide, nor do they care about the clients they serve. Again, I can not stress enough, never book with this company!!!!
