Complaint Review: Imperial Outdoor Living

We ordered a bbq island in February 2005. We finally received it in June 2005 minus the side burner, bar stools and pads, gaps in the tile and cracked stucco. They finally came out months later, after I filed a complaint with BBB and fixed the tile and stucco, the side burner was eventually shipped but we have never received the bar stools and pads. I have called, the last time in November 2005 and was told by "Mike" that they were back ordered even though I had been told a month or so before that they had them. I have called several times since Jan 1, 2007 and can get no one. I did leave one message but it was not returned, now the message box is full.
