If you stay at the Imperial Palace expect to pay over 80$ in a deposit! I of course was not told about this until I saw my bank account in overdraft fee hell! Sure there's nothing wrong with having a deposit, but how can they not tell you about it before you book the hotel room.

Whats even worse is being laughed at over the phone by some rude person who is supposed to try and help you. And then in the middle of a sentence transfer you to someone else. I talked with Patrina and the supervisor Victorina omega or ortega, didnt catch the last name too clearly, in operations accounting. So I'll keep this short as I need to run to the bank and pay the 40$ overdraft before it becomes 80$!

You are going to Vegas and $80.00 puts your account over. Let me guess you took all your money out to carry cash.
From the Imperial Palace web site.
