The sole purpose of this check is for the payment of applicable taxes on your big winnings. The tax amount is 2985.00 to be paid by either MONEYGRAM OR WESTERN UNION. When speaking with a very irritated, rude " BOB MORRIS" ( whom sounded more like a foreigner) he did not like too many questions and would get irritated easily. He told me to mail the tax payment to a Donna Jadarin 150 second Av Ottawa Canada K1P5P2. And that she was the collector of taxes. Orriginally he told me to be home for the UPS truck the next morning at 10AM with picture ID. I am furious and would love to have these low life crooks caught. I will do whatever I have to.
