The product in question (Sonic Pro 303 Water Ozonator) was purchased from the seller's website through PayPal, at

www.imperialproductsonline.com

The product specifications indicate a product lifetime of 3650 hours total use. I have used the product for approximately 30 minutes total, and the product no longer functions. It will simply not turn on. I can only conclude the product is faulty.

I've sent two emails to the seller, indicating the problem, and the seller has not responded.

Unfortunately, PayPal's Resolution Center will not accept my probem report, as it has been greater than the maximum 45 days since payment of the product (approximately 90 days has elapsed from the time I payed for the product and when I first attempted to contact the seller).

A colleague of mine ordered the same product from the same company, and didn't receive the product. Fortunately, she filed a complaint with PayPal and received a complete refund via the PayPal Resolution Center, as she was within the 45 day limit.

Caveat Emptor.
