Complaint Review: Imperial Services

Imperial Services Never shipped product after 6 months! Mayville MI

I order a speedometer cable late September 2018. I was aware that it could take up to 60 days due to custom manufacturing. I was fine with that because I wanted quality for my 1964 Dart. Nearly every month after  December (60 days+) I sent an email to Steve asking when I can expect delivery. He was able to keep me patient based on his lies of approximate date of shipment. I finally sent him an email yesterday 3/25/19 that I was finished with his lies and to refund my money or acknowledge that I would receive the cable within 7 day. I recieved no response. 

I am compelled to warn anyone to do business with someone who can flat out lie multiple times. The way I look at it, if he wasn’t a liar he would have emailed and apologized for the delay and let me know what is up.

I am a business owner myself and this guy does not give a sh*t. Maybe I’m just a small piece but he should have just said I’m sorry  and refunded my &145.00 he has had for six months.
