Complaint Review: Imperial Spa And Salon

I had a facial at the spa which was nice, and when it was finished I was told about all of the products that I should get. I decided to purchase them, but after I got him I thought about it and realized I did not need all of these expensive products. I took them back the to the spa and was told they were non-refundable. I was never told this, and I even explained to them that I had not even taken them out of the bag or openend them. They gave me the name of the manager for that department who called me and said that I could bring them in for store credit. I was never told these were non-refundable and that is not a sign or any other type of disclaimer stating this.
