I purchased a havanese dog from Marci. We met at her "brothers" house with her boyfriend. The dog is listed as 7 months old.
I was looking for a small sweet dog for my family and small children. The dog was cute, but not well cared for. It was not brushed or washed in weeks (that would be a kind guess), the hair was terribly matted together all over his body, so bad that his right eye was completely unusable because the hair was so matted and crusty.
I bought the dog and took him home. The next morning the first thing i did was wash the dog. I then brought the dog to a professional groomer to have all of the matted hair properly trimmed off and so he could see out of his right eye again!
The dog was groomed and looked great. The first time my kids entered the room (they were not even near the dog) where the dog was, it growled, snapped, showed very aggressive body posture. I understand it was the first day... but you have to wonder how the dog was treated before i bought it.
We have had the dog 1 week, every day it lashes out at my wife, and my kids, AND IT IS A SMALL DOG!! I notified Marci and Tony that we want to return the dog and to set up a time for me to bring the dog back. By law I have 14 days to return the dog in NJ. They have ignored every request to try and work this out reasonably.
i don't want to return the dog to a home where it was not well cared for, but my family comes first, and a pet experience should be a happy and enjoyable one, not one of fear and unhappiness.

I GOT RIPPED OFF TOO BY THIS LADY, the mother/daughter duo!! She likes to say we have "buyers remorse", she seems to repeat a lot of her sayings to different people. She told me I had "buyers remorse" too on consumercomplaints! Sir whatever happend to your complaint? Did you go to NJ Consumer Affairs? I did and trust me her or her mother are very well known to the Attorny General's Office! She can't keep getting away with this, we need to bring her down!

So I am at a friends house. They have done 2 surgeries to the HAVANESE that these scum bags say they don't sell. I have a copy of the contract they signed. It is the EXACT packet I received with the same convicted "breeder" that moved to Florida. The best part is the sire is the same exact name with different registration number and mother. They are the scum of the earth. I am working with animal services getting more info to put them in jail.

She uses the same dumb "I have no idea who this person is" blah blah on multiple complaints on several sites. So sad. She is no better than Michael Vick was and should be punished the same way. She keeps saying she doesn't know me, that I have the wrong person, AND I HAVE A PICTURE OF HER... THAT I TOOK, with the dog I bought from her!!!!

It seems like you have buyers remorse. It also seems like you are a bully and you think that when you open your mouth everyone should jump.
I don't know what your problem is but I think you need to check with your lawyer before harrassing me.
It also seems that the poor dog is scared and fearful of you and you being as nasty as you are I can just imagine what you are doing to this poor dog. Perhaps you can find someone to take the dog off your hands, someone who will know how to handle her fear. Just a suggestion.

My problem is you. I have a recording of you saying you are Marci and your website. Pictures of you on your website that is the same person that sold me the dog... But you have no idea who I am. You make me laugh but I am sad for the dogs you abuse. I want my money back and take your dog back. That simple.
Youre right. I randomly bully scam dog brokers. That's what I do for fun. Get a lawyer PLEASE. you have my info. File a complaint. I would love to go in front of a judge with you. I welcome it. PLEASE do it.

This disgusting pathetic liar fails to realize I have traced all the information already. I have spoke to the vet that have the shots, I have spoken to the broker breeder that moved to Florida lsites as the seller on my papers, I have spoken to an acquaintance of the breeder that knows this Marci scammer as well as the most funny of all.... I have a picture of her WITH THE DOG I BOUGHT FROM HER!!!! And her boyfriend. And all of the license plates of the 5 cars in the driveway.
ilet her play stupid. getting her arrested is going to be a pleasure. When the news shows up at her doorstep with my picture and her face, rectifying all of the other victems, this will be a joy.
Her website is a sub site, doesn't even own the domain herself, the testimonials are all fake. She doesn't give out her real information. This is comical and pathetic.

I do not know why this guy is saying anything about me. I have no idea who he is or why he is doing this to me. I breed Shih Tzu's and that is it. Anyone can go to my website and read all my reviews that are from Happy customers.
I have never met this guy or sold him a dog. I would think he would know the difference between a shih tzu and a havanese. Please have him provide proof that I sold him a dog, this is pure slander on his part and please find out why he is doing this to me and my dogs. This man is wrong and he is accusing the wrong person.
